Lafarge Lake is hosting the festival for Canada Day. It is held every year at Lafarge Lake.
Details about events:
An entire day of food and events has been planned by the City of Coquitlam at 1290 Pinetree Way, Town Centre Park. The Lafarge Lake Canada Day celebrations begin at noon with two stages of musical and dance performances and adventure games. There will also be community and city displays.
Trilojay, an upbeat cover band, will perform on the TD Performance Stage at 8:30 p.m. followed by fireworks over Lafarge Lake at 10:00 p.m. The event area will have a gate and Beer Camp Co. and Coquitlam’s Mariner Beer will both be available for sale under an open-site liquor license. SkyTrain may allow you to reach the Lafarge-Lake-Douglas stop.
